- **Incorrect Purchases:** We do not offer refunds for incorrect purchases since subscribers have access to the Picker's plays after purchase. We prioritize respecting the Pickers' intellectual property and ensure their paywallet content is not mistakenly shared.

- **Subscription Management:** Use the "View activity" option in the Wallet screen to manage notifications and renewal activity for all your subscriptions conveniently. To cancel a particular product subscription, please check "Do Not Renew" (Switch off autopay). Failure to do so will result in being charged at the time of renewal, and refunds will not be available to protect paywallet Picker content. You can resubscribe to a Picker's product by un-checking "Do Not Renew" or paying your invoice.

- **Cancellation of Pro or GOAT Subscription:** If you cancel the Pro Subscription or GOAT Subscription, no money will be refunded at the time of cancellation. However, you can continue to access and enjoy the benefits of your subscription until its validity ends.

- **Refunds for Delayed or Undelivered Messages:** GOATCLUB does not issue refunds on behalf of Pickers for reportedly delayed or undelivered messages. Please note that certain carriers may mistakenly filter text messages from specific numbers. T-Mobile/Sprint customers, in particular, may be at a higher risk of experiencing delayed SMS notifications.

- **Termination of Subscription:** A Subscriber may face immediate termination of their subscription without a refund if any of the following events occur:
- Threats from the Subscriber to a Picker.

- Sharing pay wallet Picker content with non-paying users.
